The Glenlivet 21Year Old Archive is an extremely limited small batch Whisky, aged in a selection of fastidiously hand chosen casks. As it ages, the Spirit develops many layers of flavour, a rounded aroma and creamier texture. Archive is a complex Whisky showing sherry and wood notes integrating seamlessly with the aromatic palate. A highly distinguished dram with a deep, opulent oakiness and warming notes of nuts and spice, let the pleasure linger late into the night. The finish is everlasting and warming, a lingering presence of toasted hazelnuts and liquorice.
Amber, copper hues. An opulent, mature nose with a sherry influence, intricate array of wood and fruits, Christmas cake and sultana, maraschino cherry.
