Dense red with purple hues. Dark fruit aromas of cherries and plum with a fresh red berry lift. Medium bodied, tasting of blueberries and spice, pepper and hints of liquorice contribute complexity, rhubarb and black olive notes add savouryness. A rich, ripe and generous wine, the tannins are soft and fine, integrating beautifully with the balanced background of spicy oak.
