They attend to the Bellarine peninsula's premier terroirs, nurturing vines to sprout much of Victoria's most articulate fruit. An integrated and easy to appreciate, classic dry white, that's just excellent with pasta or Al fresco cuisine.
Swan Bay is a real place, located on the Bellarine Peninsula, originally surveyed by Commander Matthew Flinders in 1803. Scotchman's Hill specialize in the pursuit of the best cool climate fruit, grown to vines lashed by the sobering maritime winds of Port Phillip Bay, to be vinified at their renowned wineworks. Swan Bay is an fully approachable style that's generously flavoured, to be enjoyed in it's youth. Harvests of Sauvignon Blanc, grown to good vineyards around the finer viticultural precincts of Geelong, are cool fermented to preserve freshness and vital crisp varietal expressions, bottled to be vigorously fruit driven, completely unwooded and unoaked.
